30s BLACK SILK VELVET STRAPPY ART DECO EVENING DRESS WITH SEQUINS - XS-S 1950s Princess seamed bust and croppedDecadent 30s black velvet strappy party dress with the most elegant Art Deco style, sleek and understated and soft as a feather. Slim fitting pillar silhoutte, very softly flared towards the hem, with a hand sewn gathered centre seam to the front of the dress. Sweetheart neck and thin shoulder straps with handsewn sequins.
