This Special Edition rainbow trout is gently smoked over oak, then preserved in a warm chilli infused extra virgin olive oil for a subtle kick that lets the fish shine. Superb straight from the tin, it's equally at home piled onto crackers with cream cheese and pickles, or tucked next to a softly scrambled egg for a breakfast worth getting up for.
