From the beach village to the lake side
Grayton Beach combines older beach bungalows with newer homes, and Western Lake is part of its distinctive landscape. If you are calling from a park or recreation area, give the exact parking location and any entry restrictions. At a rental or residence, share the street and unit rather than only the house name. Tell us where the technician can legally meet you; a path or waterfront landmark may not be a vehicle-access point.
Work with the lock that is there
Older and newer doors do not always use the same hardware. Describe the lock, whether the key turns and whether the door can still close securely. We can discuss repair, rekeying or replacement instead of assuming every problem needs a new lock. For a planned access change after a lost key or change of occupants, list the doors involved so the options can be considered together.
Vehicle and rental help when plans change
For a car lockout or missing fob, have the vehicle make, model and year ready. Let us know if a spare is available and where the vehicle is parked. Rental guests should contact their manager if the supplied entry code is not working. Where physical service is required, arrange authorization and an on-site contact. We can also discuss compatible smart-lock installation with owners planning an update.
