Whether you are in Historic Downtown, St. Andrews, Millville or elsewhere in the city, a clear location helps us arrange the visit. For a parked vehicle, include the business or parking area and a nearby entrance so the technician can find the right car.
Keys for the drive home
Tell us whether your key is locked inside, missing entirely or no longer starting the vehicle. Those problems need different services. Have the make, model and year ready so we can check replacement-key or fob compatibility before arranging the job. If you still have a working key, ask about making a spare during the visit. Keep the old remote available even if it appears to have stopped working.
Keep a home or storefront working
A house move, a lost set of keys or an unreliable shop entrance can all be reasons to review the lock. We can discuss rekeying, repair, replacement and compatible smart-lock installation. A business caller should identify the door and explain whether the problem is locking, unlocking or closing. For rented properties, arrange authorization from the owner or manager before work starts.
