Tell us what the key does now
Explain whether the key turns in the ignition, starts the engine, operates the remote buttons or does none of those things. If the problem began after replacing a battery or buying another fob, mention that too. These details help describe the issue, but they do not establish a diagnosis by themselves. A key that will not start the car is not automatically a programming problem, and an unresponsive remote may require a different check.
New fob, spare fob or an existing key
Programming requirements vary by vehicle and by key. Have the make, model, year and any information supplied with the fob ready when you call. Tell us how many working keys remain and whether the replacement is new or previously used. We will discuss compatibility and the available options before arranging service. If you purchased a fob online, please check with us before assuming it can be programmed just because its exterior matches your old one.
Arrange service where the vehicle is
Our mobile service covers Panama City Beach and nearby communities, including 30A. Share the address, parking location and access instructions when arranging the visit. Keep any working keys available, along with the fob you want checked and your ownership or authorization information. Pricing depends on the vehicle and the work needed; discuss it before the visit. After programming, the relevant functions should be checked for the service performed, rather than relying only on the appearance of the key.
