Getting to the correct entrance
Rosemary Beach is known for its connected walking paths, courtyards and distinctive architecture. A pedestrian entrance may not be the most practical place for a service vehicle to arrive. Share the street address, the unit or carriage-house details if relevant, and directions to the permitted vehicle entrance. If you are calling about a car, give its parking location rather than a nearby restaurant or rental name alone.
Care for the door as well as the lock
For a home or rental, tell us which door is affected and whether it is locked shut, difficult to turn or failing to latch. We can discuss lockout help, rekeying, repair or replacement based on the hardware. If you are considering a smart lock, compatibility with the door matters. Have the owner or manager approve changes, especially where an entry has shared or community access requirements.
Car keys and replacement remotes
A misplaced car key does not always mean the same service as an unresponsive remote. Tell us whether the vehicle recognizes the fob, whether a spare exists and the make, model and year. We will check the appropriate option. If you still have one good key, ask about a spare so one missing set does not leave you without a way to use the vehicle.
