Start with the location and situation
Give the full street address or business name, parking section and a description of the car. A precise location is more useful than simply saying that you are near the beach. Mention whether the engine is running, whether the key is visible inside and whether the vehicle is in a restricted parking area. If a person or animal is trapped in immediate danger, contact emergency services first rather than treating it as an ordinary lockout.
Access first, replacement only if needed
A lockout does not necessarily mean you need a new key. If your working key is inside, the request is to regain access. If the key has been lost entirely, say so when you call; that may require replacement-key service as well. Avoid forcing the handle, levering the door or putting improvised objects into the lock. Those attempts can turn an access problem into an additional repair, especially around window seals and door hardware.
What to expect when arranging help
We take calls and provide mobile visits 24/7. Arrival depends on your location, current availability and the situation, so call for an estimate rather than relying on a fixed time online. We will discuss the vehicle and pricing before arranging service. Be ready to show that you own the car or are authorized to access it. If the vehicle is a rental or belongs to an employer, mention that and have the relevant contact or paperwork available.
