Tell us what needs attention now
Start with where you are and whether the problem is a locked door, a lost key or hardware that will not secure. Say if you have any working keys and whether you can access another entrance with authorization. The more precise the information, the easier it is to discuss the right service. For immediate danger to a person, fire or another life-threatening situation, contact emergency services first; a locksmith visit is not a substitute for emergency response.
Daytime, nighttime and unexpected changes
A lockout can happen during a normal errand or after returning from a late shift. A broken lock may also leave you unable to secure a property. We discuss the urgency, current availability and practical access conditions when you call. There is no single arrival time that fits every location and situation. Share any gate instructions, parking restrictions or building access requirements, and provide a contact number where you can be reached while the visit is arranged.
A clear request before the visit
Tell us whether the property or vehicle belongs to you, is rented or is managed by someone else. Have identification and authorization information available. For a lost car key, include the make, model and year; for a building, describe the affected entrance and hardware. We will discuss the scope and pricing before you arrange service. If the immediate need is access, we can also discuss whether rekeying, replacement keys or hardware repair should be considered separately.
