Ask us about the following models. The model list is a starting point; the year, trim and key system are checked before we confirm parts, programming and the scope of your visit.

- CT4
- CT5

- XT6
- Escalade
Physical fob, Digital Key or a vehicle-power problem?
Cadillac provides separate guidance for physical remotes and Digital Key on equipped vehicles. A phone-access setup problem should not automatically be treated as a lost physical fob. When describing a CT4, CT5, XT or Escalade concern, say which key you are using and what the instrument panel reports. If the entire vehicle appears unpowered, mention that before requesting key programming; a replacement remote does not resolve every starting problem.
Bring the functions you need into the conversation
An Escalade remote can have a different button layout from a Cadillac sedan remote, and model generations matter as much as the name. Tell us about remote start, power-liftgate controls and any remaining working keys. We discuss the replacement type, mechanical backup and electronic registration as separate parts of the request. For an older ATS or CTS, the exact year is particularly helpful when identifying the correct key generation.
Lost key, spare key or fob programming?
Every key is missing
Tell us whether you can enter the vehicle and whether a separate mechanical key remains. We check the replacement route, necessary parts and electronic registration for your Cadillac before arranging the work.
You need a dependable spare
Keep the working original available. Describe which functions it operates, including starting, locking and any trunk, liftgate or remote-start buttons. A spare should be checked for the functions your vehicle actually has.
The remote has stopped responding
Describe the last time it worked, any battery change or water exposure, and the result with a second key. A battery or damaged case is different from a replacement remote that needs registration to the vehicle.
Arrange a mobile visit in Panama City Beach
Have your Cadillac model, year, exact parking location and a callback number ready. If you are at a condo, hotel or gated property, include the garage level and entry instructions. Calls and mobile service are available 24/7; we discuss current availability and a visit estimate based on your location and the job.
Have identification and proof of ownership or authorization available for the technician. Ask whether the quotation includes the key or fob, cutting, electronic programming and any service call. Price and completion time depend on the vehicle and whether a working key remains; a photograph cannot establish every electronic requirement.
